• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their transportation needs are met with precision and care.
   
• Book freight with both customers and carriers and oversee it through final delivery.
   
• Monitor shipments from start to finish, providing proactive updates to shippers, receivers, and customers.
   
• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure profitability.
   
• Enter customer tenders and schedule shipments accurately.
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and carrier partners through consistent communication.
